Mustio to Host Policy Hearing to Explore Downstream Job Creation and Marcellus Shale Industry

WHAT: State Rep. Mark Mustio (R-Allegheny) will co-chair a House Majority Policy Committee public hearing focused on downstream job creation and the Marcellus Shale industry. This hearing is one of several the committee is holding statewide to look for additional ways the Commonwealth can attract and retain jobs to help strengthen the regional and state economies.

WHO: Mustio; Majority Policy Chairman Rep. Dave Reed (R-Indiana); and members of the Policy Committee. Those expected to offer testimony will include: John Lucey, Heckman Corporation; Chris Petrone, Foundation for Fair Contracting; Jim Protin, Chester Engineers; and Joy Ruff, Marcellus Shale Coalition.

WHEN: Wednesday, Aug. 15, from 10 a.m. to noon.
